Born and raised in London Emma’s career started on the technical side of production assisting Photographers & Agents with camera & computer kit, before making the mighty step in production, working for Creative Agency House + Holme working with a portfolio of high profile fashion brands. After working with such an amazing creative team, Emma knew it was time to take the step to start Lemonade. There isn’t a corner of London Emma doesn’t know. Location shoots are really her thing. The wilder the challenge the better…. and did we mention, the sun is always on her side.

Over the last 10 years Emma has worked with clients such as, Adidas, All Saints, Dunhill, Exit Magazine, French Connection, Fujitsu, Hackett, Jaguar Land Rover, Lucky Strike, Mulberry, Topman, Topshop, Sister by Sibling, Stylist, Shortlist, Storksak, Vogue,  W Hotel, YouTube.

Sarah’s creative career began numbering reels for a London post-production house before moving into the realms of advertising, working in production, traffic and art buying for Grey London.  She then spent eight years as producer and photographers rep at David Burnham followed by a spell as freelance Producer.

Commissions have included Samsung, Dunhill, All Saints, Pall Mall, Haagen-Dazs, English Heritage, Marks & Spencer, Proctor & Gamble and Vladivar Vodka and photographers including; Nadav Kander, John Swannell, Peter Beavis, Diego Merino, Ian Derry, Graeme Montgomery and Andy Green to name a few.

Sarah’s not so much a train spotter as a plane spotter. Sarah’s international connections in Production are stella and so Sarah ‘Jet Set’ Gent is what we call her! Her alternate office is located in departures.

Amber’s step into the industry started with a job as p.a to fashion, portrait & landscape photographer John Swannell. After 5 years this role lead into being a Photographer’s Agent at CLM looking after fashion photographers and stylists. A four year trip working and living in Sydney, Australia provided new industry knowledge from a different market. Refreshed and back in London Amber continued building relations working for a post production company, The Pure Agency and now Lemonade Productions.

At Lemonade Amber has the perfect platform for her organisational skills , whilst shooting she is known for keeping up the team spirit on set with an endless supply of sweets & chocolate.
